Our vlog from the other side of the world

We have now travelled halfway around the world, always within reach of our cameras and smartphones to capture the best moments for our future. We are now on part 22 of our world travel vlog and are spending the Christmas period in Melbourne. We enjoy watching our experiences and the recording and editing gives us the opportunity to reflect on our experiences. The only thing we still disagree on is the lighting and angle settings for the sit-down videos. 😅

This last video is the longest so far (and therefore probably the most long-winded). Okay, it also summarises three weeks. While proof watching, we were both taken back to our time in Australia and realised how happy and perfect everything went there, almost too much to be able to sell it credibly. Celebrating Christmas in the summer was a truly unique experience that we wouldn't necessarily have to do again. And finally, we're still wondering what went wrong with the Christmas dumplings. Maybe it was the heat.

If you want to get into the Christmas spirit now or long for summer, you are welcome to watch the new video, preferably with a delicious Australian wine or a Bundaberg. Have fun!

Wow, you two! That was such a good and entertaining and funny video! G and I laughed so much over so many things…the editing, the huge meals…and fancy dinner clothes with the labels hidden! What an adventure you had in Melbourne…how wonderful to get ‚off the road‘ for a couple of weeks and live in their home as though it was yours. You’ll never forget that hospitality! Thrilling times…and you’ve captured it so well as always. Looking fwd to the next video but knowing from Polar Steps where you are tonight, March 10, I’m getting whiplash flying back and forth. I hope in a month’s time you do a video of your homecoming and THEN catch us up on your last few video summaries. Beautiful work, so wonderful to see/hear your laughter, your teasing and the genuine affection that warms our souls. Sending love and best wishes for the few weeks ahead!
